About Christine

Christine Hernandez built an unusual academic path before entering the legal profession. She earned a B.S. in Health Education and Athletic Training from Troy University in 1990 and followed that with a M.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of South Alabama in 1992. She returned to undergraduate studies with a B.S. from the University of Mobile in 1994 and then completed a M.S. in Education at the University of South Alabama in 1995. Hernandez added a second B.S. in Education Administration from the University of South Alabama in 1998. She later attended the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University and received her J.D. in 2006.

Her shift from education and health sciences into law was deliberate. After law school, she moved into private practice and by 2007 was serving as managing partner at Hernandez & Associates Law Office, LLC. In that role she has handled both managerial duties and client work. She oversees the office’s day-to-day operations, mentors junior attorneys, and participates directly in casework. Her tenure as managing partner spans nearly two decades.

Hernandez’s background gives her an atypical perspective among lawyers who began their careers exclusively in legal studies. Years working on issues tied to education and physical health inform how she evaluates factual detail and prepares for client meetings. She approaches cases with an eye for records, documentation, and practical explanations that clients understand. Colleagues describe her as methodical in file preparation and steady in court appearances.

Today she remains based at Hernandez & Associates Law Office, LLC where she splits time between overseeing the firm and representing clients. She manages staff, handles intake, and continues to appear in proceedings and client consultations. The office lists her as managing partner, a post she has held since 2007. She currently serves as managing partner at Hernandez & Associates Law Office, LLC, where she oversees the firm’s legal practice and client representation.
