Christina Zivitz is the founder of Zivitz Law Group, P.C., a dedicated family law firm located in Carmel, Indiana. Since beginning her legal career in Indiana in 2002, Ms. Zivitz is known for her expertise and commitment to her clients. Ms. Zivitz earned her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H — McKinney School of Law in 2001.
Prior to her legal education, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Political Science from the University of Southern Indiana in 1998. This strong educational foundation gave her the analytical skills necessary for navigating complex family law cases. Before founding Zivitz Law Group, she co-owned and managed Hollingsworth & Zivitz, P.C., one of Indiana's largest family law firms, for 15 years. This experience has allowed her to handle various family law issues, including legal separation, asset and property division, paternity, adoption, spousal and child support, child custody and visitation, order modifications, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Active in the legal community, Ms. Zivitz is a member of several professional associations. She is affiliated with the Indiana State Bar, the Hamilton County Bar Association (Family Law Section), the Boone County Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association (Family Law Section).
Her involvement in these organizations supports her staying current with legal developments and advocating for her clients' best interests. Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Zivitz engages in various community activities. Notably, she is a former NFL Colts Cheerleader, a role that highlights her dedication to teamwork and discipline. She remains active with the NFL Alumni and the NFL Cheerleader Alumni, fostering connections within the sports community.
