About Christie Tomm
Christie Tomm Addona took a conventional path into law. She graduated from Swarthmore College in 2005 and returned to New York to earn her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2012. Those two institutions shaped the early intellectual contours of her career.
Fresh out of law school, Addona entered private practice as an associate at Kenny & Zonghetti, LLC in 2012. The position placed her in a busy environment handling day-to-day litigation and client work. In 2013 she held associate roles at Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP and later at Silverberg Zalantis LLC. The moves came early in her career as she tested different firm settings and litigation practices.
Addona is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. She is also admitted to appear in the Federal Southern District of New York and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. That mix of state and federal admissions has shaped the kinds of matters she handles and the venues in which she appears.
Outside of court dockets, Addona maintains memberships in a range of bar organizations. She is a current member of the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar. She also belongs to the American Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and the White Plains Bar Association. Those memberships reflect continual engagement with professional networks in both states.
Her early record shows steady progression through associate roles at several firms. At each stop she worked on litigation matters that required court filings, client counseling and coordination with co-counsel. Colleagues describe her as someone who takes procedural detail seriously and who remains present during the phases of a case that demand timely responses.
Addona’s office affiliation is listed as Silverberg Zalantis LLC. She practices in venues across New Jersey and New York courts and in the federal courts that serve those states. Her current practice concentrates on matters brought in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
