About Christian J.

Christian J. Kubic began his professional journey in the classroom and the lecture hall. He earned an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Boston College and went on to receive a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. That combination of analytical training and legal education shaped the way he approaches cases and client matters.

After law school he entered private practice and advanced through roles that emphasized courtroom work and federal practice. He is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York and has secured admission to several federal courts, including the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and for the District of New Jersey. Those admissions reflect a practice that spans state and federal forums.

Kubic is a partner at Caesar, Napoli & Spivak PLLC. In that role he handles matters that require litigation experience in both state and federal settings. Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation and steady under pressure. He has worked on matters that involve complex procedural issues in federal court as well as contested proceedings in state courts.

His legal work rests on the early analytical training he received in mathematics followed by the skills he sharpened at St. John’s Law. He applies careful analysis to factual records and to statutory and case law. In litigation he focuses on building factual narratives, preparing witnesses, and arguing motions. He also spends time drafting pleadings and responses that seek clear rulings from trial and appellate courts.

Clients encounter him primarily in litigation contexts. He regularly appears in the federal courts to which he is admitted and in state courts in New Jersey and New York. As a partner, he also supervises case teams and coordinates strategy across multiple forums when matters require parallel proceedings. That work requires attention to scheduling, discovery disputes, and substantive briefing.

He currently practices at Caesar, Napoli & Spivak PLLC, handling litigation matters in the state and federal courts where he is admitted.
