About Chase
Chase Keibler earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2016 after beginning legal studies in 2013. He came to the law with a steady, methodical approach to training. Law school shaped his practical skills and introduced him to courtroom procedure and client advocacy.
He joined Nexsen Pruet, LLC as an associate in 2016. That early period was spent on firm matters that required both research and courtroom preparation. He gained experience in case strategy and drafting pleadings while working alongside more senior litigators and advisors.
In 2022 he stepped into a leadership role as managing lawyer of Keibler Law Group. The move marked a shift from associate work to running a smaller practice. He took on responsibilities that range from case oversight to administrative management. Managing the firm has added business operations and client-development tasks to his daily routine.
Keibler is admitted to practice in South Carolina and North Carolina. He has been a member of the South Carolina Bar since 2016 and joined the North Carolina Bar in 2020. Those memberships allow him to represent clients in both states and handle matters that cross state lines.
Colleagues describe him as practical and pragmatic in approaching disputes. He prioritizes clear communication and tends to break complex issues into manageable steps. That approach serves both individual clients and small businesses that need direct, accessible counsel.
Outside the office he participates in bar activities and maintains relationships with local practitioners across the Carolinas. These connections help when a matter requires coordination with counsel in another jurisdiction or where local rules play a key role in case strategy.
He manages Keibler Law Group’s caseload and supervises litigation preparation, client intake, and settlement negotiations. The practice operates in state courts and handles matters that require consistent attention to procedural detail and calendar management.
Keibler’s current practice focuses on representing clients in state-court matters across South Carolina and North Carolina.
