About Charlie
Charlie Jarrett graduated from Washington & Lee University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts. He returned to Alabama for graduate study and in 2014 earned both a Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and an MBA from Samford. The dual degree gave him classroom time in both law and business. It also shaped the practical approach he brings to client matters.
He practices as a senior associate at Parker MacIntyre. In that role he manages complex files, works on research and motion practice, and advises clients on procedural strategy. Colleagues describe him as methodical and exacting in his preparation. He has built experience across the cases that cross the firm’s docket rather than following a narrow specialty.
Jarrett is admitted to the Georgia bar and holds membership in the State Bar of Georgia. He appears in state court and handles matters that arise under Georgia law. He participates in bar activities and professional development that keep his skills current. That involvement supports how he approaches courtroom procedure and client counseling.
His background in business and law informs how he evaluates disputes and transactional risks. He draws on MBA training when assessing economic issues, and on his legal education when framing claims and defenses. That combination helps him translate complex material for clients, opposing counsel and judges.
Outside the office he keeps a steady focus on continuing education. He regularly attends seminars and bench-bar programs to stay attuned to changes in practice and procedure. That attention to detail shows up in filings and in the way he prepares witnesses.
He currently practices law at Parker MacIntyre, where his work centers on serving clients in Georgia.
