About Chantelle M

Chantelle M Ringe built her legal foundation at two Midwestern universities. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2003. She went on to DePaul College of Law and received her J.D. in 2006 after beginning her studies there in 2003.

Ringe practices in Wisconsin. She joined Hill Glowacki, LLP and is listed as a lawyer-partner beginning in 2014. Her tenure at the firm has spanned more than a decade, during which she has handled matters that arise under state law and interacted with public and private agencies. She is comfortable operating in both transactional and advising roles as the situation requires.

Outside the office she has taken on roles that connect legal work to community needs. Since 2016 she has served on the board of the Home Health United - Visiting Nurse Services Foundation and holds the position of vice chair. She brought legal perspective to board discussions about governance, funding and the regulatory environment affecting home health services. She has also been a member of the Dane County Committee on Aging since 2015, a post that has kept her engaged in local conversations about services and policy for older residents.

Her professional affiliations include membership in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys’ Wisconsin chapter, a relationship she has maintained since 2014. That affiliation places her in regular contact with attorneys and advocates who handle issues that affect older adults, including planning, benefits, and long-term care concerns. Those connections have influenced the types of matters she accepts and the professional networks she draws on when complex, multidisciplinary perspectives are needed.

Colleagues describe Ringe as methodical in approach and steady in practice. She tends to work through complicated factual and regulatory questions in stages, translating technical material into practical advice for clients and community partners. She has participated in committee work and board governance where legal insight is critical to policy choices and organizational planning.

Today she continues at Hill Glowacki, LLP, where her work remains centered on legal issues arising in Wisconsin and on matters that intersect with aging, health care and long-term services.
