Chandra Erin Miller is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Miller is the principal attorney at the Law Office of Chandra E. Miller, a law firm located at 1147 High Street, Auburn, California 95603. She has been practicing law for over 20 years, serving clients throughout the Auburn area and surrounding regions in Northern California.

Ms. Miller earned her Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2002, where she focused on trial advocacy and family law. During her time at Golden Gate, she was recognized on the Dean's List for her academic achievements. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at Colorado State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1997. She was a candidate for Cum Laude honors during her undergraduate studies.

Ms. Miller concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, including divorce, child support, custody and visitation, and alternative dispute resolution. She represents individuals and families in matters involving marital dissolution, child custody disputes, and financial support arrangements. Her practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout her career, Ms. Miller has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Placer and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. She has also appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate attorney at Bartholomew & Wasznicky LLP from 2006 to 2009, gaining experience in family law and alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Miller is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Sacramento County Bar Association, Family Law Section. She is also a member of the Women Lawyers of Sacramento, the Placer County Bar Association, the Collaborative Divorce Network of Northern California, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Northern California Super Lawyers in 2009, 2010, 2013, and 2014. Ms. Miller is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of Northern California effectively.
