About Cameron
Cameron Fredman built his legal foundation in Southern California. He arrived at law school after completing an undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California and took up the study of law in Los Angeles.
He earned his B.A. from the University of Southern California in 1999. He returned to Los Angeles for law school and received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2007. Those years placed him in the midst of a busy legal market and a landscape of both state and federal work.
Fresh out of Loyola in 2007, he joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP as an associate. At that large firm he worked among teams that handled a variety of matters for institutional and individual clients. The role exposed him to high-volume practice environments and to processes that move between transactional drafting and contested hearings.
In 2010 he moved to McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP, again as an associate. That position furthered his courtroom and case-management experience. He worked on matters that required coordinating discovery, preparing filings for state courts, and responding to opposing counsel under tight deadlines.
Fredman is admitted to practice in California and is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Those admissions reflect a practice that spans both state and federal filings and that can include appellate work when a matter advances beyond trial-level proceedings.
Across his early career he has practiced in firm settings of differing scale. He has experience navigating the administrative and procedural steps of litigation, from initial pleadings through motion practice. Colleagues describe him as steady under pressure and accustomed to managing the workflow that accompanies contested matters.
He continues to practice in California and appears in matters before the Ninth Circuit. His work now concentrates on litigation and appellate matters in state and federal venues, where he applies the procedural and court-level experience he developed at both Manatt and McNicholas & McNicholas.
