About Bryan W.
Bryan W. Gort graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2010 with a B.A. in political science and history. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in 2013. Those years shaped his legal foundation and provided exposure to both doctrinal study and courtroom practice.
He began his legal career in 2013 at Parker MacIntyre. Early on he became admitted to practice in the state of Georgia and to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. That combination of state and federal admission has allowed him to file pleadings and appear on behalf of clients in different forums.
At Parker MacIntyre he has been involved in a range of matters handled by the firm. His work has included drafting motions, managing discovery, and appearing in hearings. Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation and attentive to procedural detail. He has worked on both adversarial proceedings and negotiated resolutions, tasks that demand a steady command of court rules and deadlines.
Gort maintains active memberships in the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association. He participates in bar activities and stays current on practice developments through continuing legal education. Those professional ties keep him plugged into changes in Georgia statutes and federal practice rules that affect clients and litigation strategy.
He continues to practice at Parker MacIntyre. His day-to-day work involves representing clients before state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia and continues to handle matters for clients at Parker MacIntyre, concentrating on litigation and court-related work.
