About Bryan R.

Bryan R. Bagdady earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Northwestern University in 1978 and a Juris Doctor from DePaul College of Law in 1982. Those credentials anchor a career that brings together business analysis and legal training. He studied economics before turning to law, a path that shaped how he evaluates commercial and estate matters.

He is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. After several years in practice, he founded Corporate & Estate Legal Services, Ltd. in 2013 and has served as the firm’s founding lawyer since then. That move formalized a practice aimed at addressing the legal needs of businesses and individuals in the region.

Bagdady’s work centers on corporate and estate matters. He advises on transactions, governance and the practical steps that keep businesses operating. On the estate side, his practice includes planning and administration tasks that help families transfer assets and settle affairs. The firm’s name reflects this combination of corporate and estate work.

His training in economics appears in how he frames legal issues. He tends to view contracts, organizational structures and estate plans through an economic lens. That perspective informs negotiations and the drafting choices he pursues. Colleagues describe him as methodical; clients encounter clear explanations of legal options and potential consequences.

Since founding Corporate & Estate Legal Services, Ltd., Bagdady has maintained a practice that serves both commercial clients and private individuals. He continues to accept matters that involve corporate structuring, transactional support, estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates. He currently practices at Corporate & Estate Legal Services, Ltd., handling corporate and estate matters.
