About Naveed S.

Naveed S. Husain blends Midwestern education with a practice that spans two state court systems. He trained at Benedictine University before earning his law degree from Marquette University Law School. Those formative years placed him in two distinct legal communities and set the stage for a career across state lines.

After law school, Husain gained admission to practice in both Wisconsin and Illinois. He joined the legal profession at a time when firms were expanding their regional footprints. His professional memberships include the Muslim Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He maintains active ties to bar groups in both states and participates in local legal circles.

Husain's early career includes experience in settings common to lawyers working in the Midwest: small firm practice, courtroom appearances and advising clients on matters that require coordination across jurisdictions. He has practiced in venues across Wisconsin and Illinois. Those experiences shaped a practical approach to casework and client communication. Colleagues describe him as methodical; clients find that he explains options in plain terms.

At the same time, he has remained engaged with professional associations that serve lawyers from diverse backgrounds. His membership in the Muslim Bar Association places him in a network focused on professional development and community issues. Participation in both the Chicago and DuPage County bar associations ties him to the larger metropolitan legal community. The State Bar of Wisconsin connects him back to the state where he completed his legal education.

Husain currently practices at Farooqi & Husain Law Office. In that role he manages matters that require attention to procedural detail and an understanding of how Wisconsin and Illinois practices differ. He works directly with clients, prepares filings, and represents interests in court proceedings as needed. His practice reflects the bi-state trajectory of his education and early career.

He is available for matters that fall within his licensure in Wisconsin and Illinois and remains active in local and specialty bar groups. His current practice focuses on legal matters handled through Farooqi & Husain Law Office.
