About Bryan Patrick
Bryan Patrick Hoeller attended the University of Texas at Austin, earning a B.B.A. in Business Accounting in 2004. He continued at The University of Texas School of Law and received his J.D. in 2008. The combination of accounting and law shaped an early interest in evidence, procedure and courtroom practice.
He began his legal career in prosecution. In 2008 he served as an Assistant District Lawyer in the Dallas County District Lawyer's Office and moved to the Tarrant County Criminal District Lawyer's Office in 2009. Those roles placed him in busy courtroom calendars and exposed him to the pressures of trial work, motion practice and the day-to-day decision making of a prosecutor's office.
After moving into private practice, Hoeller joined Hoeller McLaughlin PLLC, where he splits time between the firm's Fort Worth and Colleyville offices. He is admitted to practice in Texas and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He holds a Certificate of A+ Accreditation from the Better Business Bureau and has been a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association since 2014.
His professional background includes courtroom appearances on both sides of criminal matters. That background informs how he prepares cases and approaches hearings. He has handled pretrial motions, represented clients in plea discussions and worked on trial strategy. He draws on his prosecutorial experience when assessing evidence and advising clients about likely outcomes.
Today he practices at Hoeller McLaughlin PLLC, maintaining offices in Fort Worth and Colleyville. He represents clients in matters that arise in Texas state courts and in the Northern District of Texas federal court. His current practice centers on criminal litigation and courtroom advocacy.
