About Bryan David

Bryan David Caulfield has spent his career in Florida courts. He built his legal foundation at Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He then took his studies to Stetson University College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1988. That year marked the transition from law student to trial attorney.

Soon after law school, Caulfield joined Perenich, Caulfield, Avril & Noyes Personal Injury Lawyers as a partner. He has remained with that firm through years of handling injury cases and courtroom work. His role at the firm has involved client intake, case development, depositions, and trials. Those tasks have kept him deeply engaged in the mechanics of litigation rather than in administrative duties alone.

Caulfield holds Board Certification as a Civil Trial Lawyer from The Florida Bar. That credential reflects an emphasis on courtroom practice and peer review. In court, he has represented clients in a range of personal injury matters. He is known among colleagues for steady preparation and attention to the procedural details that often determine outcomes at trial.

Outside the courtroom, Caulfield participates in professional associations. He is a current member of the Florida Justice Association. That involvement keeps him connected to developments in tort law and to colleagues across the state. It also provides a venue for continuing legal education and discussion of trial strategy.

He maintains a presence in the Tampa Bay area through the firm’s offices in St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Those locations serve as bases for client meetings, pretrial conferences, and local hearings. Over the years he has tried cases in state and federal courtrooms in the region, and he continues to take matters to trial when the facts and law warrant it.

Peers describe Caulfield as methodical in case preparation and practical in evaluating settlement opportunities. He balances courtroom readiness with efforts to resolve disputes without prolonged litigation when that path serves clients’ interests. His practice combines investigation, witness work, and courtroom advocacy.

As a practitioner licensed in Florida and certified in civil trial law, Caulfield continues to represent individuals in personal injury matters. His current practice focuses on personal injury litigation in Florida.
