About Bryan
Bryan Cowley followed a steady academic path into law. He earned a B.A. from Southern Utah University in 2005, double majoring in psychology and criminal justice. He then completed an MBA in business administration from the University of Phoenix in 2008. He finished his legal training at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, receiving a J.D. in 2011. During law school he completed coursework in estate planning, contracts, real property, securities and business law, areas that have informed his later work.
After law school, Cowley began practicing at Integrity Law in 2011. He joined the Utah bar and is an active licensed lawyer in good standing with the Utah State Bar. His career has been based in Utah, where he has built experience handling a range of matters that overlap the subjects he studied in law school.
Cowley’s background blends legal and business education. The MBA lends a business perspective to client matters, and his undergraduate studies in psychology and criminal justice provide additional context for client interviews, negotiations and dispute resolution. Colleagues describe him as methodical. He tends to break complex issues into discrete steps and then address each piece in turn.
In practice, Cowley has worked on matters touching estate planning, real property issues, contracts and business-related matters. He has spent time drafting and reviewing documents, advising clients on transactional risks and helping to resolve disputes. The mix of transactional work and problem-solving is a through line in his work life.
Outside the office he has maintained memberships in professional associations. He keeps current on changes in Utah law that affect estate and real property practice. He is based at Integrity Law, where his day-to-day work is shaped by the practical needs of local clients and small businesses.
Cowley’s approach is practical and detail-oriented. He concentrates on helping clients understand options and likely outcomes so they can make informed decisions. He currently practices at Integrity Law in Utah and handles matters involving estate planning, real property, contracts and business law.
