About Brittni

Brittni Bailus earned her Juris Doctor from UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2015 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Arizona in 2012. She arrived in law school with a background in political studies and left with a credential that launched a steady legal career. The educational path provided a foundation in legal research and writing, and in-class debate honed the kind of oral advocacy she now uses in practice.

She began practicing law soon after graduation and later joined John Park Law. Over the years she has worked out of the firm’s offices and taken on a range of matters for individual and institutional clients. Her time at the firm has included managing case files, drafting pleadings, and representing clients at hearings. Those responsibilities gave her practical courtroom experience and regular exposure to procedural work that underpins effective client representation.

Her day-to-day work blends advocacy and client counseling. She prepares and argues motions, conducts legal research, negotiates resolutions, and advises clients about procedural and substantive options. She also handles the document and discovery phases of litigation and assists in trial preparation when cases proceed to court. Colleagues describe her approach as methodical and detail-oriented; she focuses on the mechanics of a case as much as its legal theory.

Bailus maintains current memberships in professional associations and keeps up with continuing legal education to stay current on procedural developments and local practice rules. Her undergraduate studies in political science inform how she frames legal issues, especially when factual context or regulatory backgrounds matter. She applies that perspective when assessing case strategy or explaining complex matters to clients.

Outside of individual case work, she has contributed to firm efforts to streamline intake and case-management processes, aiming to reduce delays and improve communication with clients. She has balanced heavy caseloads while maintaining routine courtroom appearances and settlement discussions. Her records show steady courtroom involvement and regular client contact.

She currently practices at John Park Law. She focuses on courtroom advocacy, client counseling, motion practice, and trial preparation as part of her work at the firm.
