About Brittany
Brittany Feinberg followed a steady academic track to the law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University in 2017 and completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2020. Those formative years placed her at the intersection of regional legal institutions and a changing practice environment.
After law school she established herself in Maryland. She is admitted to practice in that state and has built her practice around the procedural and substantive demands of Maryland courts. Her training at the University of Baltimore provided the foundation for the practical work she now handles: careful legal research, drafting clear pleadings and memoranda, and preparing for hearings.
Her early professional years coincided with a period when many recent graduates shifted quickly from classroom learning into active representation. Feinberg moved into roles that required quick adaptation. She learned to manage client communication, calendar-driven deadlines, and the paperwork that shapes case strategy. Those are the routine pressures of litigation and transactional practice alike, and she has navigated them while working within Maryland’s legal system.
Colleagues describe her approach as methodical and straightforward. She prepares written work product that judges and opposing counsel can follow. She places emphasis on document organization and factual clarity. In court and at the negotiating table she relies on preparation rather than flourish. That steadiness is reflected in how she structures cases and in her interactions with clients.
Outside the courtroom, she keeps an eye on continuing legal education and the procedural developments that affect practice in Maryland. The pace of change in law demands attention. Feinberg has shown a consistent pattern of staying current on rules and decisions that influence local practice.
Today she practices in Maryland and focuses on representing clients before state and local tribunals. Her current practice centers on serving individuals and organizations in matters brought in Maryland courts.
