About Brian
Brian Hall has a layered academic background that combines liberal arts and law. He began his studies at Rutgers University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts. He went on to Columbia University and completed a Master of Arts in literature. Hall finished his formal legal training at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor.
After law school Hall built a legal career that led him into trial work. He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Over the years he moved into firm leadership and now holds the title of partner at Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C. That role places him among the senior lawyers at a firm known for civil litigation.
Hall’s professional life centers on courtroom practice. He is active in organizations that serve litigators. His memberships include the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He also belongs to the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Those affiliations reflect sustained involvement in the legal communities across both states.
Collegiate study in literature informs a style of written argument that colleagues often note for its clarity. In the courtroom he pairs written preparation with oral presentation. Outside trial settings he works with co-counsel and staff on case strategy and motion practice. He has spent his career in environments that require frequent hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.
Now a partner at Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C., Hall divides his professional time between case development, litigation, and supervising younger attorneys. He maintains active practice privileges in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and engages in trial-oriented professional groups in both states. He currently practices trial litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
