About Brett L.

Brett L. Goldblatt began his academic journey at Cornell University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in 2003 after enrolling in 1999. He returned to Florida for law school and earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2010. Those years shaped an early interest in how law interacts with business and community life.

After law school, Goldblatt established himself in Florida's legal community. He serves as the managing partner of Goldblatt Law, PLLC. In that role he balances the demands of running a small firm with hands-on client work. He has worked on matters across a spectrum of issues, combining courtroom experience with transactional tasks and client counseling.

Goldblatt is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He participates in the local bar’s programs and attends events that connect lawyers, judges and community leaders. That local involvement has helped him maintain a steady presence in the Palm Beach legal scene and sharpen practical skills that clients often need.

Colleagues describe him as straightforward in the courtroom and deliberate in negotiations. He spends time explaining options to clients in clear terms and setting realistic expectations. He also oversees case strategy at his firm, assigning work where it will best serve a client’s interest and keeping an eye on deadlines and court requirements.

Running a firm means dealing with both legal detail and practice management. Goldblatt handles billing and staffing decisions, mentors junior lawyers and coordinates outside experts when a case demands it. Those administrative duties sit alongside his schedule of client meetings, depositions and court appearances, so his days can vary widely.

Outside of casework, he keeps current on developments in Florida law through continuing education and local bar activities. He draws on that ongoing study when advising clients and when making litigation choices. His practice remains based in Florida, where he works on matters for individuals and businesses.

Goldblatt continues to lead Goldblatt Law, PLLC and to handle a mix of litigation and advisory matters in Florida courts and before administrative bodies. His current practice focuses on representing clients in a range of legal matters in the state of Florida.
