About Brandon
Brandon Zeigler earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1994. He entered the legal profession after completing law school and established a long-running presence in Virginia’s legal community. Over decades he has combined practice with bar service and local legal leadership.
He is the managing partner of Parks Zeigler, PLLC, a firm based in Virginia. In that role he oversees firm operations and handles client matters. Peers and rating services have recognized his work: he holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 rating on Avvo.
Zeigler’s involvement in professional organizations spans more than two decades. He served as President of the Virginia Beach Bar Association from 2017 to 2018. He has also held several officer positions in that same association, including Treasurer (2014–), Secretary (2015–) and President Elect (2016–). Earlier he chaired and vice-chaired the association’s Mentor Committee and led the Young Lawyers Committee in the early 2000s.
At the state level, Zeigler has been active in the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association since the late 1990s. His participation there has included committee work, service on executive committees and roles on convention and web committees. Records show involvement with the Virginia Bar Association’s Town Hall Committee and the Domestic Relations Committee, among others. Between 2008 and 2012 he served on the Virginia State Bar’s Second District Disciplinary Committee.
The pattern is consistent: practice at a firm combined with sustained service to bar groups and committees. Colleagues describe his participation in local and statewide bar activities as steady and long-term. He has moved through a range of committee and leadership roles rather than concentrating on a single post.
Clients at Parks Zeigler, PLLC encounter a lawyer who has balanced practice management with bar leadership. The firm list names him as managing partner and records show continued membership in several regional bar organizations, including the Norfolk-Portsmouth Bar Association and multiple Virginia Beach Bar Association committees.
Outside of formal roles he appears to maintain ties to younger lawyers through mentoring programs the bar runs. That mentoring work stretches back to at least 2004 and has included chair and vice-chair duties.
He continues to practice law in Virginia and concentrates his practice on representing clients in Virginia courts and serving the local legal community.
