About Brandon
Brandon Pierce earned his B.A. in political science from Rutgers University in 2014 and completed his J.D. at Pace University School of Law in 2016. He took the straightforward route many law students do: a focused curriculum, courtroom clinics, and practical training that pointed him toward state practice. Those formative years left him comfortable in the courthouse and in client conferences alike.
After law school he began working in New Jersey. He has practiced under the jurisdiction of the state and has handled matters in its courts and administrative bodies. Over time he built experience in case preparation, motion practice, and client counseling. His early matters were varied. That breadth helped him learn how different pieces of a case fit together — discovery strategy, witness preparation, and settlement discussions.
Pierce’s practice blends courtroom work and behind-the-scenes legal work. He has represented clients at hearings and in negotiations. He also drafts pleadings, prepares agreements, and advises on procedural questions. He aims to present legal options in clear terms so that clients can make pragmatic choices about next steps.
