About Brandon
Brandon Labiner built his legal foundation in Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. Those years shaped his approach to the law and anchored his practice in the state where he practices today.
Early in his career Labiner became involved in local legal and community organizations. He is a current member of The B’Nai B’rith Justice Unit and the Palm Beach County Justice Association. He also holds membership in the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar. These affiliations have kept him connected to peers and public issues in the local legal community.
Labiner’s work history includes association with The B’Nai B’rith Justice Unit and the Palm Beach County Justice Association. He has participated in the activities of those groups while building experience in civil litigation and client advocacy. Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and methodical in case preparation. He has balanced litigation work with client counseling, managing both the legal and human sides of disputes.
His practice is based in Florida, where he is admitted to practice. Over the years he has concentrated on injury and accident matters, representing people who have experienced bodily harm, property damage or losses tied to collisions and other incidents. He handles case investigation, evidence review and the negotiation that often follows discovery. He also prepares cases for trial when settlement is not possible.
At Personal Injury & Accident Law Center, P.A., Labiner works among a team that handles claims arising from vehicle crashes, slip-and-fall incidents and other accidents. He takes on the practical tasks those claims require: gathering police reports, consulting with experts, and guiding clients through the medical and insurance processes. He approaches each file as a discrete matter with its own facts and stakes.
Outside of casework Labiner participates in bar-related activities and local legal events. He maintains current memberships in professional organizations that keep him engaged with evolving practice issues and statewide developments. He remains based in Florida and continues to represent clients in personal injury and accident matters.
