About Brandon K.
Brandon K. Davis began his academic path at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2006 and completed a Certificate in Business. He went on to receive his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2009. Those years on campus combined business coursework and legal training, shaping how he approaches cases and client matters.
Early in law school he gained practical experience as a law clerk at Orbitz Worldwide, LLC in 2007. That role placed him inside a corporate environment during a period of growth in online travel services and exposed him to the operational side of business law. After finishing his degree, he entered private practice and began working with The Davis Law Group, P.C. in 2009.
Davis is licensed to practice in both Illinois and Wisconsin. He maintains memberships in the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Those affiliations give him access to continuing legal education and peer resources across state lines.
Colleagues describe Davis as pragmatic in his approach. He tends to break complex problems into manageable parts and to explain options plainly. His business certificate informs how he evaluates commercial aspects of a dispute and how he counsels clients on risk. Over time he has handled matters that require attention to procedure as well as to negotiation. He draws on courtroom experience and transactional awareness when preparing a case or a contract.
He currently practices at The Davis Law Group, P.C., serving clients in Illinois and Wisconsin. His practice concentrates on matters that intersect business and civil law, and he handles both client counseling and litigation work in those jurisdictions.
