About Brandon Charles
Brandon Charles Neal practices law from a small Alabama office and keeps a steady routine. He took a traditional path into the profession. He studied law and history as an undergraduate, then returned to the same university for his legal training.
Neal earned a B.S. in Law & History from Samford University in 2003. He continued at Samford’s Cumberland School of Law and received his J.D. in 2008. Those years shaped his approach to courtroom procedure and client counseling. He studied cases closely and learned how to explain legal issues clearly to nonlawyers.
He is licensed to practice in Alabama. Neal has been a member of several bar groups since 2011, including the Alabama Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Blount County Bar Association. He also served on the board of the Blount County Chamber of Commerce from 2012 to 2013 and joined the board of the Oneonta Foundation for Educational Resources in 2012, a position he continues to hold. His professional affiliations place him in county and statewide legal circles.
Neal holds a Guardian ad Litem certification from the Alabama State Bar. That qualification has put him into family and juvenile matters where a court needs an independent advocate for a child or incapacitated person. In private practice he balances that role with other duties he takes on as the owner of Neal Law Office, LLC. His clients encounter him in hearings and conferences, and he handles filings and local court appearances out of his office.
Colleagues and community members know Neal as steady and practical. He keeps his work at a local scale, dealing with issues that arise in nearby counties. Outside the office he has remained active in local civic organizations and in bar association efforts. He continues to operate Neal Law Office, LLC, representing clients in Alabama and serving as a Guardian ad Litem where appointed.
