About Bradley H.
Bradley H. Clark began his academic journey in the sciences. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from East Carolina University before turning to law and receiving his J.D. from Campbell University in 2008. The path from chemistry to courtroom work left him comfortable with technical detail and accustomed to parsing complex information.
After law school he entered practice in North Carolina and joined Whitley Law Office as an associate. In that role he has handled client matters alongside more senior attorneys, learning courtroom procedure and the practical demands of client representation. The associate position has given him steady exposure to case preparation, legal research and the negotiation that often precedes litigation.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in assembling facts and careful when presenting them. He approaches problems by breaking them down into manageable parts, a habit rooted in his scientific training. That approach shows up in how he prepares filings and in his advocacy during hearings. He balances attention to detail with an eye on the practical outcomes his clients need.
He maintains active memberships in a range of professional organizations. He belongs to the North Carolina State Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association. Locally he is a member of the Craven County Bar Association. He is also involved with the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the National Organization of Veterans Advocates, groups that connect him to peers handling trial work and issues affecting veterans. Those affiliations keep him current on legal developments and provide regular opportunities for continuing legal education.
Clark works out of Whitley Law Office’s Greenville office. He has been part of the firm’s team in recent years, representing clients in proceedings that require both courtroom presence and negotiated resolution. He handles intake, prepares pleadings and participates in case strategy sessions with clients and other attorneys. He currently practices law as an associate at Whitley Law Office in Greenville, representing clients through a combination of hearings, negotiations and case management.
