About Bobby
Bobby Saadian earned both business and law degrees at Pepperdine University, completing an MBA and an S.J.D. in 2005. He built an academic foundation that combined advanced legal study with graduate-level business training. That dual background has informed how he manages complex litigation and firm operations.
After law school, Saadian established Wilshire Law Office and in 2007 took on the role of founding president and managing lawyer. He opened the firm to pursue plaintiff civil litigation and to represent people and families in high-stakes cases. He is licensed to practice in California, Texas and the District of Columbia, and he has overseen matters that cross state lines and involve federal jurisdiction.
Saadian has been active in trial lawyer circles for more than a decade. He served as president of the Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association in 2019 and held a presidency position with The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 in 2017. He has also served on boards and governor panels, including listings with the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and the Consumer Lawyers of California in 2019. His memberships span many plaintiff-focused organizations: The Wage and Hour Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, The Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association, The National Brain Injury Trial Lawyers Association, The Trucking Trial Lawyers Association, and numerous others.
Beyond trade groups, Saadian participates in legal education and professional philanthropy. He is a member of Pepperdine Law’s Dean’s Council and sits on the executive board of Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charities. He is affiliated with Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College Ranch Club and holds membership in Best Lawyers of America (Lifetime). Those connections reflect ongoing involvement in trial practice, educational efforts and nonprofit work tied to the civil bar.
Colleagues describe him as a lawyer who prioritizes courtroom preparedness and strategic case management. He built Wilshire Law Office to handle sustained litigation campaigns and to staff cases with trial-ready teams. The firm’s docket has included motor-vehicle and trucking accident claims, brain injury cases, product liability and class and mass-tort matters, along with wage-and-hour litigation.
Saadian continues to manage Wilshire Law Office while remaining active in national and state trial organizations. He practices as a plaintiff civil litigator and concentrates on motor-vehicle and trucking accidents, product liability, mass torts and wage-and-hour cases.
