About Blair
Blair Streitenberger began her academic journey at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management in 2010. She went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law, finishing law school in 2013. Those years combined training in client service with legal education. They also set the stage for a career that moved quickly from public interest work into private practice.
Her early legal career was rooted in legal aid. In 2014 she took a fellowship with South Carolina Legal Services. The following year she joined the same organization as a staff lawyer, representing clients who could not afford private counsel. That period gave her frequent courtroom exposure and steady client contact. It also shaped how she approaches everyday legal problems — pragmatic and client-centered rather than theoretical.
Streitenberger transitioned to private practice as an associate in 2017 at the Law Offices of James F. Berl. She spent a year there before founding Lowcountry Legal Solutions, LLC and becoming its managing lawyer in 2018. In that role she moved from solo casework to overseeing cases and managing the operational side of a small firm. The shift required new skills: supervising staff, managing client intake, and balancing administrative duties with courtroom work.
Her experience spans civil legal aid and private practice. She has handled matters typical of community-focused law firms, representing individuals in a range of civil disputes and guidance matters across South Carolina. Colleagues describe her as precise in legal drafting and straightforward in client communications. Her background in hospitality management informs how she organizes client interactions and office processes; hospitality training shows up in scheduling, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Outside the file room, Streitenberger’s path reflects the steady arc of a lawyer who moved from public service into running a small practice. She continues to work in South Carolina courts and to manage the day-to-day operations of Lowcountry Legal Solutions, LLC. She currently serves as the managing lawyer at Lowcountry Legal Solutions, LLC, where her practice centers on civil legal matters for clients in South Carolina.
