About Betty Nguyen
Betty Nguyen Davis studied at Georgia State University, where she completed a B.A. in 2000 and a J.D. in 2004. Her time in Atlanta shaped her early legal interests and led directly into practice in the state where she trained.
She began her career working at the Law Offices of Charles Clapp in 2008. That role introduced her to courtroom procedures and client advocacy in Georgia. In 2017 she became a partner at Dixon Davis, LLC, a step that expanded her responsibility for case strategy and firm operations. In 2018 she joined The Davis Injury Firm, a move that further established her presence in regional litigation circles.
Davis is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida. She also holds admission to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Middle District of Georgia, both in their United States Bankruptcy Court divisions. She has been an active member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2004 and retains memberships in several local professional groups.
Her involvement outside the courtroom is steady. She has served on the board of directors for Fly-By Theatre and volunteers on the auction committee for the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy. She has maintained membership in the Atlanta Bar Association since 2005, the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers since 2006 and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association since 2008. She also participated in the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia’s 2011 Leadership Academy and remains connected to that network.
