About Benjamin Tom T.D.
Benjamin Tom T.D. Pugh attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in English Literature. He went on to earn his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2010. Those academic years laid the groundwork for a career that has crossed both insurance and courtroom work.
His first listed legal-related role came after his undergraduate degree, when he worked as an underwriter for Ohio Casualty Group beginning in 2004. That experience gave him a foothold in insurance matters and an early look at risk assessment and policy detail. In 2008 he is recorded as working as an associate attorney at O Hara, Ruberg, Taylor, Sloan & Sergent, a role he held while completing his legal training.
Pugh has been licensed to practice in both Ohio and Kentucky. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
