Beau Wilder is a partner at the Wilder Pantazis Law Group, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Specializing in personal injury and workers' compensation cases, he focuses on catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths. His expertise encompasses a range of incidents, including motor vehicle collisions, trucking negligence, industrial accidents, and electrocution. Born in Charlotte and raised in nearby Gastonia, Beau has deep roots in North Carolina. He graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University in 2004, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
In 2008, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During his time in law school, Beau served on the editorial board of the South Carolina Law Review, honing his legal writing and analytical skills. Following law school, he clerked for Federal Court Judge Graham C. Mullen in Charlotte, where he gained inexperience in federal litigation. After his clerkship, Beau transitioned into private practice, initially focusing on criminal defense and family law before concentrating on personal injury law. His diverse legal background gave him essential skills in jury trials, motion hearings, and settlement negotiations.
Over the past decade, he has represented hundreds of personal injury victims across both North and South Carolina, advocating for their rights in various legal forums. His litigation experience spans North Carolina District Courts, Superior Courts, Federal District Courts, the North Carolina Industrial Commission, and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission. Beau is admitted to practice law in North Carolina since 2008 and in South Carolina since 2011. He is also authorized to practice in federal courts in both states. As a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist, Beau holds a distinction that is recognized by a select group of lawyers in the state. He is an active member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, focusing on Workers’ Compensation and Auto Torts, as well as the Mecklenburg County Bar Association.
