On a national level, Bart has made a mark in the legal community as one of only two Kentucky lawyers in leadership positions within the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. Elected by his peers, he served on the organization’s governing board, influencing litigation practices and policies at a national scale. His commitment to the legal profession is further evidenced by his founding of Project H.E.L.P. – Louisville in 2015. This program trains, funds, and mobilizes local attorneys to assist the homeless with their legal needs, reflecting his dedication to social justice.
