Bart Loveman Greenwald is a seasoned litigator based in Louisville, Kentucky. His leadership roles extend beyond the firm; he served as Vice Chair of Frost Brown Todd’s Complex Litigation Group and as Chair of the firm’s Financial Institutions Litigation Group.

He contributed to the development of legal strategies that benefited clients across various sectors. On a national level, Bart has made a mark in the legal community as one of only two Kentucky lawyers in leadership positions within the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. Elected by his peers, he served on the organization’s governing board, influencing litigation practices and policies at a national scale. His commitment to the legal profession is further evidenced by his founding of Project H.E.L.P. – Louisville in 2015. This program trains, funds, and mobilizes local attorneys to assist the homeless with their legal needs, reflecting his dedication to social justice.

Bart's contributions to the legal community have not gone unnoticed. In 2015, he was named an Outstanding Volunteer Lawyer by the Legal Aid Society of Louisville, recognizing his efforts in providing legal assistance to those in need. He also served as the Board Chair of the Legal Aid Society, further demonstrating his commitment to pro bono work.
