About Aurelius Patrick

Aurelius Patrick Robleto earned a Bachelor of Arts in history and computer science from Saint Vincent College, and later completed a J.D. at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. His academic path combined liberal arts and technical study, a foundation that has informed both his courtroom work and his teaching.

Robleto’s professional life has centered on bankruptcy and related commercial matters. He has served as an instructor for the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Division, contributed to the Judith K. Fitzgerald Bankruptcy Inn of the American Inns of Court, and taught courses for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Those teaching roles keep him engaged with emerging case law and practice trends, and they place him regularly in front of judges, practitioners and newer attorneys.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and holds federal admissions across several courts. His federal credentials include the United States Tax Court, the Third Circuit, and district courts in the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania as well as the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. He is also admitted in multiple bankruptcy courts, including the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of West Virginia. That mix of forum experience allows him to handle contested matters and procedural work in both state and federal systems.

Outside of the courtroom he has maintained a professional profile that includes continuing legal education and mentoring. His work as an instructor covers practice-oriented topics used by attorneys handling insolvency, creditor remedies and business restructuring. Those sessions tend to be practical in tone, aimed at helping practitioners apply new rules and rulings to client matters rather than at abstract academic debate.

Robleto also holds an A+ certification from CompTIA. The credential reflects an ongoing interest in technology and a technical aptitude that can be useful when cases involve electronic discovery, cybersecurity questions or the management of complex digital financial records.

He maintains an office at Three Gateway Center. His caseload over recent years has included both business and consumer bankruptcy matters, contested creditor-debtor disputes, and related commercial litigation. He continues to combine courtroom practice and instructional work, balancing case responsibilities with frequent appearances at CLE panels and bench-bar programs. His current practice is in bankruptcy and commercial law.
