About Ashley
Ashley Perry earned a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University in 2015 and a J.D. from the Sandra Day O Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2020. Her academic years combined a traditional undergraduate science background with three years of law study in a large public law school. The mix of those environments shaped a methodical approach to legal problem solving.
Perry began practicing after law school and joined Racine Olson in 2023 as an attorney. Her path into private practice followed graduation and bar admissions. At Racine Olson she became part of a team handling matters that require attention to both state and federal questions, and she moved into firm work that involves clients with interests in multiple jurisdictions.
She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and in Idaho. Those admissions allow her to take on matters that arise under the differing procedural and substantive rules of each jurisdiction. Her work often requires managing filings, briefing, and client communications across those regulatory landscapes.
Perry holds current memberships in the State Bar of Idaho and the District of Columbia Bar. She maintains active standing in both organizations and participates in the professional obligations that come with dual admission. Her bar memberships support a practice that spans geographic lines and adapts to the local rules and expectations of courts and agencies.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing filings and attentive in client meetings. She brings a straightforward style to legal writing and oral argument preparation. Outside of firm matters, she has continued to update her practice knowledge in areas that commonly affect clients with cross-jurisdictional needs.
She is currently a lawyer at Racine Olson, where she represents clients in matters arising in Idaho and the District of Columbia.
