About Brian
Brian Locker earned a Bachelor of Science in political science from Arizona State University in 2007. He moved straight from undergraduate study into law school and received his J.D. from Liberty University School of Law in 2010. Those formative academic years shaped his understanding of government, procedure and courtroom practice.
After law school he entered practice in jurisdictions where he is currently licensed. He is admitted to the bars of Arizona and Georgia. Working across two state systems has required him to attend to differences in procedural rules and to develop a practical sense of how matters unfold in each jurisdiction.
Locker’s early years as an attorney coincided with a period of rapid change in the legal profession. He has kept pace with those changes by focusing on practical problem solving. Colleagues describe his approach as methodical and detail-oriented; he breaks down complex problems into manageable steps and communicates options plainly to clients.
Over time he has handled matters that involve cross-border considerations between Arizona and Georgia. That experience has involved coordinating filings, meeting divergent deadlines and taking account of distinct local practices. He emphasizes clarity in client communications and prefers to set expectations early in a representation.
He now practices at Fowler St. Clair. At the firm he concentrates on advising clients and handling legal matters in Arizona and Georgia.
