About Arik T.

Arik T. Ben-Ari studied argument and advocacy early in his academic career. He earned a law degree from Temple University in 1997 where he completed work in trial and business law. Before that he attended the University of Pittsburgh and took coursework in rhetoric and public argument.

Soon after law school he spent time inside the courthouse in a different role. In 1999 he served as a law clerk to President Judge Kenneth Clouse. That experience gave him a close-up view of Pennsylvania courtroom procedures and judicial decision-making.

By 2001 he moved into firm leadership. He became managing partner at The BenAri Law Firm. In that role he oversaw case strategy, client matters and the daily operations that come with running a small legal practice. The managing partner title suggests he balanced courtroom work with administrative duties and client development.

Over the years his work has been rooted in litigation and business-related legal matters. His training at Temple in trial and business law informs how he approaches disputes. He handles litigation tasks that include preparing pleadings, conducting discovery and appearing in court. He also advises on transactional questions that touch on business operations and agreements.

Ben-Ari practices in Pennsylvania. He has kept his practice local, handling matters that arise under state law and appearing before state courts. That focus reflects both his early clerkship experience and the practice areas emphasized during his legal education.

Today he is associated with Benari Law Group. The office continues to serve clients in the region, offering representation in civil matters and business disputes. His role there brings together the courtroom skills developed during and after law school and the management experience he gained as a firm leader.

Colleagues and clients often find his background useful when disputes require both trial preparation and an understanding of business issues. He continues to practice in Pennsylvania, concentrating on litigation and business law matters.
