Arash Moussavian is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2000. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Moussavian is the principal attorney at Arash Moussavian Law Enterprises, a law firm based in San Francisco, California. He has been practicing law for over 25 years, serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding regions.

Mr. Moussavian earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, in 1998. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1992. He furthered his legal education by obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Entertainment Law from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2009. During his time at Berkeley Law, he received the Excellence Award for top grade in Computer Law and served as an Associate Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.

Mr. Moussavian concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense and entertainment law. He represents individuals in criminal matters, handling various stages of litigation, including arraignments, pre-trial conferences, and preliminary hearings. In the realm of entertainment law, he provides legal services related to intellectual property, particularly in the music and recording industry.
