About Anthony J.
Anthony J. Fasano earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College in 2013 after beginning his legal studies in 2010. He completed the course work and clinic experiences typical of a modern law school education, sharpening research skills and courtroom preparation during those years. The degree provided the foundation for a practice rooted in courtroom procedure and federal and state practice.
After passing the necessary admissions processes, Fasano joined Guercio & Guercio, LLP as an associate in 2013. He spent his early years at the firm handling a broad array of tasks that come with junior practice: drafting pleadings, preparing motions, conducting factual investigation and supporting trial work. Those assignments exposed him to the mechanics of litigation and the daily demands of client representation.
In 2020 he was elevated to partner at Guercio & Guercio, LLP. The promotion reflected a shift in responsibilities. In addition to case work, his role expanded to include supervising associates, coordinating with co-counsel and taking a lead on more complex matters. He routinely manages files from intake through disposition and oversees the preparation of documents for state and federal proceedings.
Fasano is admitted to practice in New York and is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Since 2013 he has been a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Those memberships keep him connected to local and statewide professional developments and offer access to continuing legal education and committee work that inform how he handles cases.
Throughout his career he has combined courtroom work with case management and client counseling.
