About Anna L
Anna L Dominick began her legal path at Berry College, where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Government in 2005. She continued her studies at the University of Kentucky College of Law and earned a J.D. in 2008. Those classrooms set the groundwork for a career that moved quickly from courthouse corridors to private practice.
Her first post-law school role was as a staff lawyer for the Fayette County Circuit Court in 2008. There she worked under the direction of the Honorable Lucinda Masterton. The position offered early exposure to courtroom procedure and judicial decision-making. It also provided direct experience with the daily mechanics of a busy trial court.
In 2009 she entered private practice at Miller, Griffin, and Marks, PSC. That early stretch in a law firm sharpened her litigation skills and introduced her to client representation outside the bench. After nearly a decade in practice she helped form Devine & Dominick, PLLC in 2018, taking on a partner role that broadened her responsibilities in client management and case strategy. In 2020 she joined Osborne Fletcher PLLC, where she continues her practice.
Her professional affiliations reflect a sustained interest in family and domestic matters. She holds membership in the Fayette County Bar Association and participates in its Domestic Relations Practice Section. Those affiliations have kept her connected to local judges, court staff, and fellow practitioners handling family law cases across Fayette County.
Colleagues describe her work rhythm as steady and procedural. She has handled matters that move through the family court system and appeared in circuit court proceedings. Her background—spanning a judicial staff position and years in private firms—gives her familiarity with both court expectations and client-facing advocacy. She regularly drafts pleadings, negotiates settlements, and prepares for trials when cases require a hearing.
Today she practices at Osborne Fletcher PLLC in Kentucky. Her current work centers on family law and domestic relations, where she represents clients in custody, support, and related matters in Fayette County courts.
