About Ann M. I.
Ann M. I. Mozey built a measured path into the law. She combined liberal arts and graduate study before turning to legal training. The result is a practice shaped by years of study and practical work.
Mozey graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts. She stayed in Minnesota for graduate school and earned an M.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1991. After several years of additional academic work she completed her J.D. at William Mitchell College of Law in 1997.
After law school Mozey entered private practice. Over time she established her own firm, Ann M. I. Mozey, PLLC, through which she handles a range of client matters. Her professional experience covers client counseling, written advocacy, negotiation and courtroom appearances. She has worked for individual clients and small organizations, managing matters from intake through resolution.
Mozey brings a measured, analytical approach to each case. Her graduate studies inform how she researches and frames legal problems. Her law training guided her through litigation and transactional process, and she applies those disciplines to everyday client work. Colleagues and clients have described her style as direct and thorough. She tends to favor clarity over jargon, and practical solutions over unnecessary complication.

Outside of the courtroom she has continued to follow developments in the law and to refine practice procedures to better serve clients. She prefers to answer questions plainly and to set clear expectations about timing and likely outcomes. Today she operates Ann M. I. Mozey, PLLC and accepts new matters consistent with the firm's capacity. Her current practice focuses on providing legal services through Ann M. I. Mozey, PLLC.
