About Ankita
Ankita Gupta began her path to law with an undergraduate degree in political science from Emory University, completed in 2013. She went on to earn her J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2018. Those years in the classroom anchored her interest in the legal system and provided the foundation for her subsequent work in Arizona law.
After law school, Gupta joined Best Law Office in 2019. She spent her early professional years there as a lawyer, gaining hands-on experience in managing client matters and navigating the practical demands of a law practice. In 2021 she moved to State 48 Law and assumed the role of lead lawyer. That change marked a shift into a position with greater responsibility and more direct oversight of casework and team coordination.
Gupta is licensed to practice in Arizona and has maintained ties to the local business community. Since 2021 she has held membership in the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce. Those connections have kept her engaged with clients and peers across the region and informed her understanding of how legal issues intersect with local business concerns.
Her time in both small and mid-size practice settings has shaped the way she approaches matters. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing files and attentive in client communications. She has experience managing caseloads and coordinating with other professionals when cases require outside expertise. She also brings the organizational habits developed during law school and early practice to the workflows she oversees today.
Gupta continues her practice at State 48 Law in Arizona. Her current practice centers on the matters she handles through State 48 Law in Arizona.
