He earned a Bachelor of Arts from American University in 1990. He then completed his Juris Doctor at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 1994. Those formative years established the foundation for a practice that would cross state lines and courtroom doors.
Spirt joined Golomb & Honik, P.C. as an associate in 2005. He remained with the firm, moving into a leadership role and becoming a partner in 2013. He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. That dual admission has allowed him to work on matters that involve courts and clients in both states. He also serves on the Board of Governors for the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, a position that puts him in regular contact with other plaintiff-oriented lawyers and with issues affecting local trial practice.
Inside the office, Spirt has combined day-to-day client work with duties tied to firm administration and mentoring younger lawyers. Outside it, he has remained active in the legal community through the trial lawyers association and related professional circles.
