About Andrew R.

Andrew R. Page graduated from Campbell University in 2006 with a B.A. in Government and went on to earn his J.D. from Regent University School of Law in 2010. Those years framed his early interest in public law and courtroom work. He took the traditional path from law school into practice, carrying classroom lessons into client matters and court appearances.

He is admitted to practice in Virginia and Tennessee and is also admitted to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. Those credentials have allowed him to appear in matters that cross state lines and to take cases into federal forums when necessary. Over time he has handled matters at trial and appellate levels, developing familiarity with procedural and substantive rules across jurisdictions.

Page has been active in bar association work. He has served as Vice-President of the Suffolk Bar Association since 2017, a role that places him in regular contact with judges, local attorneys, and court administrators. The post has involved organizing events, contributing to professional discussions, and representing the association in community contexts. He also maintains memberships in other professional groups that serve the legal community.

He practices at Randall | Page, P.C., where he is part of a team that serves individuals and businesses. His days are a mix of client meetings, drafting filings, and appearing in court. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing matters for hearings and steady at the lectern during trials. He has worked on both contested and noncontested matters and on briefing at the appellate level.

Outside the office he has been visible in local legal circles through bar programming and educational events. That involvement has kept him connected to changes in rules and court procedures. It has also provided a steady forum for mentoring younger lawyers and for staying current on developments that affect clients in the region.

As of 2026 he continues to practice at Randall | Page, P.C., appearing in state and federal courts and maintaining active admissions in Virginia, Tennessee, and before the U.S. Supreme Court. He currently concentrates his practice on representing clients in state and federal court matters.
