About Andrew O.
Andrew O. Resmini trained first as a business student and then as a lawyer. He earned a B.S. in Business Management from Providence College and completed his J.D. at Suffolk University Law School. Those years supplied the foundation for courtroom work and client counseling alike.
Early in his legal career Resmini spent time inside court and inside government offices. He served as a clerk to Associate Justice Daniel A. Procaccini at the Kent County Superior Courthouse. He also held an internship at the Rhode Island Department of the Lawyer General in their Criminal Division Unit. Those placements exposed him to trial procedures, legal research and courtroom habits that inform his approach today.
After those experiences he joined the Law Offices of Ronald J. Resmini, LTD. There he moved from supporting roles into direct client representation. The law firm handles accident and injury matters. Resmini takes on investigations, drafts pleadings and represents clients in negotiation and at trial.
Resmini is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut. He is a member of the American Bar Association and of the Rhode Island Association for Justice. These affiliations give him access to continuing legal education and to colleagues across New England who handle similar casework.
The firm operates multiple regional offices, and Resmini works out of several locations to meet clients where they are. He sees clients in Seekonk, Fall River, Newport and Warwick, among other places. He manages case files from initial intake through resolution, coordinating medical records, expert reports and settlement discussions.
Colleagues describe him as steady in court and exacting in file preparation. He leans on his early clerkship experience when briefing judges and on his time in the criminal division when preparing witness examination. The result is a practical, courtroom-ready style that shapes how he approaches litigation.
Outside the office he maintains ties to peers through bar activities and regional legal groups. He continues to attend seminars and workshops to stay current on case law and trial techniques. He currently practices personal injury and accident law.
