About Andrew J.

Andrew J. Rhein built a foundation in the liberal arts at Pennsylvania State University, University Park, before turning to the law at Seton Hall University School of Law. He completed his J.D. after undergraduate study and entered the New Jersey legal community prepared to practice.

After law school Rhein joined Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. as an associate. In that role he supports the firm's work by handling research, drafting pleadings and briefs, and assisting on trials and hearings. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing factual records and attentive to procedural detail.

Rhein is admitted to practice in New Jersey and maintains memberships in several professional organizations. He holds current memberships in the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inn of Court, a sign that he engages with colleagues on family law issues and related professional development.

Across his practice Rhein places an emphasis on clear communication. He aims to explain complex legal points in plain language, so clients can make informed decisions. He also focuses on timeliness in filings and responsiveness to opposing counsel and the court. Those practical habits guide his day-to-day work.

Within Skoloff & Wolfe Rhein contributes to case preparation and client meetings. He handles discovery, motion practice and trial preparation as assigned by supervising attorneys. The associate role gives him regular exposure to courtroom procedure as well as negotiation and settlement discussions, and he applies lessons from each matter to subsequent files.

He keeps current through the continuing legal education offerings of his bar associations and through participation in the Inn of Court, where members exchange practical insights about family law practice. That setting provides an opportunity to observe experienced practitioners and to refine courtroom and case-management skills.

Clients and other lawyers who interact with Rhein encounter an attorney attentive to process and detail. He brings the training of Seton Hall Law and the practical experience at Skoloff & Wolfe to each matter he handles. He currently practices at Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C., and his work includes family law matters.
