About Andrea

Andrea Jolly built a layered academic foundation before entering the legal profession. She earned both a B.S. and an M.S. from Florida State University, and later completed a paralegal certificate program at Emory University. She finished her legal studies at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, receiving her J.D. in 2019.

Her training spans both the practical and the academic. The paralegal certificate preceded law school and gave her early exposure to legal procedures and document management. Law school expanded that base into litigation practice, research, and statutory analysis. That blend of hands-on and formal instruction has informed how she approaches problems and advises clients.

Jolly is licensed to practice in Georgia and holds current membership in the State Bar of Georgia. She has remained active in the bar’s educational offerings and local legal community since joining. Her career to date has included work that requires familiarity with Georgia statutes and court rules, and she has built experience applying those frameworks to client matters.

Colleagues describe her work style as methodical. She tends to break complex issues into discrete questions and tackles them one at a time. That approach can simplify fact-heavy files and help clients see clear next steps. She handles legal research, prepares pleadings, and participates in negotiations and hearings when cases move to adjudication.

Clients and peers say she communicates plainly. She aims to explain legal options without jargon. That clarity can matter in tense situations where people need to make prompt decisions. Outside of case work, she stays current on Georgia law through continuing legal education and practice-focused seminars.

Jolly’s practice is grounded in Georgia law and the procedural rules that govern state matters. She continues to work in the state, applying her combination of paralegal training and law school education to help clients resolve legal issues under Georgia’s legal system. She currently practices law in Georgia, concentrating her work on matters arising under Georgia law.
