About Andrea
Andrea Carter-Fulton earned her Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 2011. She began her legal studies after completing undergraduate work and spent her law school years in Waco, where she developed practical skills through clinics and classroom work. Her time at Baylor provided a foundation in trial procedure, legal research and client counseling.
After law school, Carter-Fulton moved to Colorado and joined the bar there. She cut her teeth on a range of matters in state court, handling pleadings, client interviews and courtroom appearances. Those early years sharpened her practice instincts. She learned to balance courtroom work with the routine demands of running a caseload.
Carter-Fulton later established her own practice. Records list Carter-Fulton Law, LLC among her professional affiliations, and she also maintains an office under the name Carter Law LLC. Running a small firm has required her to take on both substantive legal work and the administrative tasks that keep a practice operating. She splits time between meetings with clients, drafting filings and appearing in hearings.
Her work spans direct client representation and day-to-day litigation tasks. She counsels individuals who need help understanding options, prepares documents for filing in Colorado courts and represents clients at hearings. In court she focuses on clear presentation and procedural preparedness. Outside of hearings she spends significant time negotiating resolutions and managing discovery.
