About Amy J.
Amy J. Miller built her legal foundation in the classroom. She graduated from Moravian College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Four years later she earned her J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2009. Those academic years set the stage for a steady climb through private practice in Pennsylvania.
Her professional career began immediately after law school when she joined Robinson & Geraldo, P.C. as an associate in 2009. Two years later she moved to O Keefe & Sher, P.C., continuing in an associate role and expanding the scope of her daily practice. In 2013 she became a partner at O Keefe, Miller & Thielen, P.C., a move that formalized her leadership role within the firm. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and maintains memberships in the State Bar of Pennsylvania, the Berks County Bar Association and the Lehigh County Bar Association.
Miller’s educational background in criminal justice and her years in firm practice have shaped how she approaches client matters. Colleagues describe a lawyer who balances legal research and practical problem solving. Her path from associate to partner reflects experience with case preparation, client counseling and the firm-side responsibilities that come with running a practice.
At O Keefe, Miller & Thielen, P.C. she splits time between office responsibilities and serving clients. She works out of the firm’s Allentown office and is part of a team that handles the firm’s matters across Pennsylvania. That combination of local bar involvement and steady firm work keeps her connected to the legal community and to the clients she represents.
Outside of courtrooms and conference rooms, Miller has continued to participate in regional bar activities through her memberships in county and state associations. Those memberships provide a regular link to continuing legal education, local rules developments and the professional networks that support a busy law practice.
She practices law at O Keefe, Miller & Thielen, P.C.'s Allentown office, where her work centers on serving clients in Pennsylvania from that location.
