About Ammon John
Ammon John Ford built his legal foundation at Seattle University School of Law. He completed the program before moving into practice in Washington. Along the way he added an international credential, earning a TESOL certificate from Peking University in Beijing.
Early in his career Ford combined classroom training with practical work. The Seattle University curriculum introduced him to courtroom procedure, client counseling and legal writing. His time studying TESOL in Beijing offered a different perspective on communication and instruction. That experience informs how he explains complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
Ford began practicing in Washington and joined Gleam Law, PLLC. He rose through the firm and holds the role of senior associate. In that position he manages client matters, conducts legal research, prepares legal documents, and coordinates case preparation. He handles the day-to-day responsibilities that keep a law practice functioning for its clients.
Colleagues describe him as methodical. He approaches tasks in steps and pays attention to detail. He is comfortable handling written advocacy and the research that supports it. He also brings practical project management to multi-step matters, helping ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Outside of core legal work, Ford’s background in teaching English as a second language contributes to his communication style. The TESOL certificate from Peking University reflects time spent learning approaches to clear explanation. That training shows up in client meetings where translating legal concepts into plain language matters.
Ford maintains his practice in Washington and continues to work from Gleam Law, PLLC. He participates in the everyday work of the firm and in long-term client matters. He is part of a team that manages litigation and transactional processes for clients in the state.
He currently practices at Gleam Law, PLLC, handling matters in Washington state.
