About Alyse Phillips
Alyse Phillips Fowler earned a Juris Doctor from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University, earned in 2013, and an Associate of Science in General Studies, including certification in medical coding, from Lurleen B. Wallace Community College in 2008. Her academic background combines legal training with earlier study in human behavior and medical documentation.
She began practicing law in 2017 after finishing law school. That year she worked at Isaak Law Office and also served as a lawyer for a company called Wireless Time in Alabama. Those roles exposed her to both firm-side and in-house responsibilities early in her career.
In 2018 she joined Bart M. Boothe, LLC as an associate. Later that same year she launched her own practice, Alyse Fowler Law. Opening a solo practice allowed her to manage cases end to end and work directly with clients on a range of legal matters.
Fowler is a Certified Guardian Ad Litem, credentialed by the Alabama Administrative Office of Courts. She also maintains current membership in the Alabama State Bar. Those affiliations reflect ongoing participation in the state’s legal community and qualification to accept court appointments in child welfare and other proceedings that require guardian representation.
Her earlier training in psychology and medical coding informs how she approaches evidence and client interviews. She has experience across small firm settings and corporate employment, and she has handled matters that brought her into courts and administrative processes. Colleagues describe her work as practical and detail-oriented, the kind that often matters in procedural and family-related hearings.
She practices under the name Alyse Fowler Law and represents clients in Alabama. Her current work includes court-appointed guardian ad litem assignments alongside other client representation at her firm.
