Allen L. Rothenberg built a legal career that began in the classroom and moved quickly into practice. He earned a B.S. in Public Administration from Temple University in 1962 and returned to Temple for his J.D., which he received in 1969. Those years in Philadelphia shaped his early view of the law and set the stage for a practice that has spanned local, state and federal courts.
Shortly after graduating from law school, he founded The Rothenberg Law Office LLP in 1969. The firm has borne his name for decades. Over that time, Rothenberg secured admissions across several jurisdictions, including the U.S. Supreme Court, the Third Circuit, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the state bars of Pennsylvania and New York. The list of courts where he is admitted reflects a career that has involved both trial and appellate work.
Rothenberg’s courtroom experience ranges from district court proceedings to appearances before appellate panels and the nation’s highest court.
